Today(6/8/2017), I helped my friends to check in for a flight to Guangzhou at 10:30am. I had very bad experience with China Southern Airline Melbourne check-in staff, especially a Chinese lady manager. They are very bad!! The manager is very rude! Poor service! I will never take this airline! Dr. Charles
I have travelled on Southern Chinaeach year for the past 5 years. I do not speak Chinese and found them very helpful and would not change at all I am 66 years old
Unreliable customer service, I emailed them 6 times before my flight to request transfer assistance with wheelchair and their replies were pretenses not to understand what my request was; even my written request at the airport were a waste of time as I had to go up and down stairs an unnessessary number of times, and so are not accessible for disabled passengers.
Bussiness class stinks as I was the first to pass it. The flight seats are always filled. They don't seem to clean properly between flights as I found rubbish, missing items and the seat was not readjusted at all. Negative one.

I find this report unaccaptable I have been wheel chair assistance and just ask at the boarding pass book in would not fly with any one else
