We went there today and on arrival My wife ordered a coffee whilst the children played on the equipment. After 30 minutes and no coffee I approached the staff only to be told by a rude staff that I had not ordered as there was no tag detailing my order. After speaking to the staff who took our order they agreed to make our coffee. After another 20 minutes and still no coffee I approached the staff again only to be told that there is a system and that it would be along soon. I explained to the staff that we had been waiting almost an hour and staff said that was basically bad luck and there was nothing staff could do. We decided with the lack of organisation and the rude behaviour of the staff on the counter that we would not be returning and we will try other shop up the road next time instead. Have been here a handful of times now. Fantastic place to let the kids use up some energy on a rainy day or really hot weather day.

Their birthday party system seems good. Food is what I would expect from a children's play centre, but the kids love it, so that's all that really matters. The facilities are clean and the service has always been quick & friendly. The only downside is that you can get some undesirable children there, but that can happen anywhere. Recommend!!!

My 4 yr old recently stranded a party here and we had a wonderful experience. My son loved it and we will definitely go back. My son has numerous food allergies and when we arrived the staff kindly offered me a party box to put his food from home into. That was a wonderful idea and made him feel really included when his meal LOOKED like everyone else's. Staff in the cafe weren't teenagers and were efficient and friendly.

Went to Chipmunks for a farewell party. This was my first time, absolutely loved it. I have a 2yr old boy who loved the play area, everything was clean and in good repair. Food was promptly brought to our table and was great for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the layout. Will definately be returning.
