Called them up as I thought they sold lots of Elwood properties, being in Elwood, but was appauled in their communication, appraisal and valuation. They provided an valuation for our property and the comparisons where NOTHING like our property. We went to other realestate agents and the comparisons were far more acurate, along with their valuation. The follow up after their valuation was at least a couple of weeks, and just an email was sent. If that's the kind of follow up they do, I certainly don't want them selling my place. We have gone with another company that had a much lower percentage commision as well and are so happy with our choice. What a let down Chisholm and Gamon!

Rubbish, rubbish rubbish. In my 10 years in Elwood I have never had a nice experience dealing with Chisholm and Gamon, from open houses to telephone conversations regarding unruly tenants, they are appauling. We purchased a home through this agent last year and received an awful and cheap bottle of sparkling, horrendous, their after sales service- non existent. I would try another agency.

STAY AWAY!!!! I'm not sure if all the property managers are As rubbish as the one I had, but they send us a letter one day before our annual inspection, which we received after coming home from work on the inspection date. Firstly, she blamed Auspost for the delay, but then I pointed out the post date and threatened her with VCAT and told her to delete any pictures she had taken of the property as the entry was in violation. She made out like it was such a big deal to delete the pictures saying she'd have to get her "offsider" (who the heck, besides a chump, uses that word anyway) to show her how to do it. I advised I really wasn't interested in the details. After this, I kept calling to schedule a date that either myself or boyfriend will be available while the inspection was being carried out, but she kept ignoring and not returning my calls. Terrible service from the property manager's here. I've owned several houses in the Elwood area. Bad at managing the paperwork, and cost me in a long running dispute with the tenant.
