Personalised PerfectionOur personalised chocolates are chocablock both in name and in quality! Our happy customers order our chocolate bars all across the country and appreciate our speedy service. Personalised chocolates have become all the rage for weddings, but why should brides have all the fun. Our chocolate bars are priced with everybody in mind, be it Mum's organising birthday parties, or friends just wanting to say "Thank you". Chocablock Chocolates has the competition beat for price, range and delivery. If you're comparing us to other party favours, the choice is easy - personalised chocolates is all we do! We're also nicer people and we recycle which is always important. Also, our chocolate bars won't break the bank. No "wedding tax" here - our personalised chocolates cost the same if you're 9, 19 or 90 and celebrating a marriage, birthday or even just the fact that it's Friday.

Still have not received the shipment despite commencing the order process on 18th November (today is 6th December). After several days confirming the artwork and then no-one answering the phone for me to provide credit card details, I placed the order online, but the 'rush option' was not easily visible to me (nor did I think I would need it). They left it to the last minute of the '7 business days' to ship, and assured me that the order would arrive on 5th Dec. The biggest fault of all is that they have now totally ghosted me. No response to emails from both myself and my partner enquiring about the status of the delivery. We understand that Christmas deliveries can be delayed. But to totally ghost us is unacceptable. Will be reporting them.
Talk about lifesavers! A huge thanks to Claire and her team. We had our party chocolates from another supplier never arrive so got in touch with Chocablock. Claire calmed me down and took my order and had a proof ready for me within a few hours. They were ready to collect the next morning and looked fabulous. Everybody loved them. Will be back next year for sure.
I don't recommend using this business. I ordered chocolates for a first birthday. The order was placed in advance and since the birthday was on the Sunday, Chocablock Chocolates suggested they should send the parcel on the Monday (next day delivery) and I would get it on the Tuesday. The chocolates didn't arrive on the Tuesday and when I called to ask, they told me they posted it too late in the day. The parcel arrived on Wednesday which would have been fine but the chocolates had the wrong name and age on them! They sent me the name and age that is on their website as the demo! I contacted them and was told they would send the correct ones that day. On Thursday morning I called to make sure they were sent on Wednesday. They hadn't been. So I asked them to please send it now so that I get it the next day. I spoke to a woman that implied she was in charge, she refused to send it in the morning.
