Chocolate Pavillion

Popped in for dessert after dinner at Southbank one night. I ordered the Triple Chocolate Mousse for $9.90. It had layers of mousse starting with milk chocolate on the bottom, then white chocolate in the middle topped with dark chocolate mousse on the top. It looked really good but when I put my spoon in I could tell in was made a while ago. It had a hardened darker skin over the top layer of mousse. And the waitress had bought it out to me too quickly to have been put together fresh. I was disappointed and could hardly get through the first layer. The white & milk chocolate layers were nice though. It would've been better having the dark rich layer on the bottom instead of the top, I think. I didn't eat much of it. I think we'll try somewhere else next time. Sorry!

This place looked great, and was busy, but we were disappointed.
Staff are friendly, but don't listen. There was no creme brulee on the menu (understandably) which I had my heart set on that night, so I asked if they did any.
I was plleasantly surprised when they said yes - chocolate or dark chocolate tho, not vanilla. All good! Dark choc requested.
I was then served a hot chocolate.
Seriously!?? Not what I'd asked for - and I couldn't drink it - had to return it - sooo sickly.
And my sister couldn't finish her dessert either. The mousse looked like it has been sitting for ages and gone hard. Wont be back.
