Went on a week night and it wasn't too busy at all, didn't have to wait long to be welcomed and for the food to be ready. The menu is fantastically superbly yummily extensive (as long as you like chocolate - and if you don't, why are you reading this??) though prices were a bit high though not excessively so given what you get. Food lived right up to the expectation, the chocolate sauce was divine. Luckily we overlooked what seemed like a mistake by gathering a few more chairs from inside and out, asking other groups at their table, if we could take the extra chair. If you are looking for a place filled with desserts, then you do not need to go further than Chocolates Del Mondo. This place is all about chocolates and extensive kinds of cakes, the very least you have to worry about is the lack of selections.
The place has a nice old school cafe feeling with diner-like seats. On one side of the wall are the pictures of all the desserts available to order.
Out of so many selections, we ordered the scrumptious pancakes (No. 10) and lime & coconut cheesecake (No. 49). Both tasted like homemade cooking: very heart warming and no fancy plating or ingredients to trick you into coming back, just a good old plain and beautiful dessert.
The food came pretty quick, and the staffs were friendly although they could have been more attentive. Overall, it is a nice place to catch up with friends over desserts without the need to line up.
