Cafes
Chocolatida
The staff here are very friendly, however i can't rate them for their coffee or mocha unfortunately. I liked coming here to meet up with friends due to the sheer fact that it is a convenient location. After giving this place several chances hoping the coffee/Mocha would be better than last time i have given up... each time i come here i feel disappointed.
Located at the fringe of Brighton Le Sands' crowd is Chocolatida, a intimate yet cosy and spacious cafe promising to serve all things chocolate for everyone. There are a number of diner-style seats inside as well as a few outdoor seats for when you want to soak in the district feel. Atmosphere wise, the decor and lighting were slightly home-like and just enough to make the place comfortable.
We ordered the tasting plate for two, which was very aplenty and can probably cater for up to four people for after-meal desserts. It consists of churros, chocolate souffle, mud cakes, profiteroles, ice creams, and strawberries. They plating was beautiful and the taste was quite acceptable although there were no surprising elements on any of the items on the place.
The staffs were quite friendly without being over-courteous. We were genuinely greeted by who we believed to be the owner when we entered and when we left, and the server was also very helpful too.
