Choice Bathrooms did an amazing renovation of our drab 70's bathroom. I did lots of research before I chose Choice, and although they were nowhere near the cheapest quote their professionalism and attention to detail won my trust. The renovation works went relatively smoothly and whenever there was a delay the project manager clearly explained why and how they would make up time. They finished on the day they promised and our new bathroom looks amazing. I will definitely be recommending Choice Bathrooms.
Abject incompetence, disorganised, arrogant, dismissive, uncommunicative, inconsiderate, and lies ..my experience and my opinions. Take my advice seriously and go elsewhere. Choice Bathrooms was hopeless. The culture was epitomised by the Project Manager and owner of the business who did not have the courage or conviction to call me once throughout the entire 3 month ordeal despite my requests, and did not bother to show up at the handover.

Whilst we do acknowledge your projects encountered a couple of onsite hiccups (product related), the reality is that bar delays caused by interference with our trades and processes, your renovations were orderly and organised.
We apologise if you feel communication with the Project Manager was not as you would have liked. Unfortunately and regrettably, during the time of your projects our Project Manager was battling an illness which affected his hearing and limited his ability to communicate effectively by phone. Not to make excuses, however, as a team of professionals we all tried to share the load of site visits and communication, and apologise if your expectations were at times not met.
We hope you enjoy your new bathrooms for many years to come, the designs and finished product is truly stunning, we're sure you'll agree.

Maybe you should demonstrate your sincerity by honouring your own on-time guarantee, which you have refused me on the grounds that it is a separate non-statutory guarantee outside of the MBAQ contract. Does this mean that your guarantees and promises can be considered worthless?
I believed your rhetoric and I was led to believe that your guarantees and promises would protect and compensate your customers irrespective of contractual get-outs. That is what I was sold on. I therefore challenge you to do the right thing by this customer, who is clearly upset with your attitude and poor performance, and honour your on-time guarantee. I?m sure that prospective customers will be keen to understand the depth of your sincerity.
Thanks Choice Bathrooms for the second bathroom you completed for us last
week. We love it. You guys are true professionals in everything you do. From
our past experience when you renovated our ensuite in 2013, we didn't even
bother getting other quotes this time. We knew what we were going to get and
you certainly delivered. Everything went smoothly and all the trades were
friendly and respectful. To anybody reading this, if you want a truly
professional company to deal with, you can't go past Choice Bathroom.
