Just no service - if they hit a problem they do whatever they think works. No attempt to consult or get feedback. As a consequence we have paid over $7K for bathroom vanity that we dislike. They had plans to work to but couldn't interpret them properly, hit a problem and just made their own decisions as what to do. First we knew there was any issues was after they had drilled holes in the very expensive tiles and attached the vanity - too late then....
The after sales service is awful. Although the work is satisfactory without being excellent, you will find it next to impossible to get someone out after the job has been completed. They are just not interested. Whats more you will find that all customer relations disappears and instead there is an attitude and excuses why they cannot come around this month or why they didn't turn up as promised. That is if they bother to return your calls. Furthermore, after sales follow up is as important as the planning and execution of the job. It can also give the most headaches. And that is the case with Choice Cabinetworks. With so much competition around, its worth looking elsewhere and checking the reviews on other places.
