They are completely understaffed and unprofessional. I did two tickets with them late last year in the space of a month (2013) The second one I waited around for 5 hours for a trainer to help me with my test, no help. I came back the next day, waited for 4 hours, still no help. I asked the receptionist what was going on, as all I had to do was figure out the meaning of a few questions on the test, I asked the receptionist if I could take a test home so I could figure out the meaning, then come back and the do the test again, as I was receiving absolutely no help from the trainers. The receptionist said no problem and went to get a test. I came back the following day, a 3rd time, and the trainer refused to let me do the test because they said I had cheated by taking a test home with me, told me that the previous course I had done with them I would not be getting either - as they had not even handed in my papers to Worksafe yet!
