I'm having a ridiculously horrendous time dealing with this company, just to shed some light on the process, i've included the timeframe and the gist of the ordeal:
6/10/16 : contract signed
20/1/17 : final plans signed

only just saw your reply. Not great progress thus far, we were supposed to have the home completed by end of August 2017, but as of today, we are only still at brickworks, they expect brickworks to complete by next Monday. Have you plans gone to council?
Hi Carolyn, mine even worse. My contract for building is 320 WORKING days and going to due on this mid November, but now, only completed the first floor lock up. the progress is so damnslow. Work 1 day and stop for 3 4 weeks.
About 6 months since we have moved in now and just love coming home. The whole experience was a dream come true.This is the first home that we have got to build and we have go to say Choice Living did a really fantastic job. Professional service and easy negotiations from design to selections to the finished home. Can't rate Choice Living highly enough.
Our home took 4 months to build from slab down to Practical Completion, which we thought is really quick compare to other builder in WA. Quality of the home also turns out to be great.
Definitely choosing Choice Living again if we are to build again . Well done and thank you Choice Living !
