Choice Point Technique treatments are by far the best I have experienced. I train 3-4 times a week with Crossfit and I couldn't do it without Daniel. In the past I had regular massages from very experienced therapists who tried to release my knots with trigger points with little change. Daniel was the first therapist to successfully treat these knots and could explain why my muscles felt twisted.
