Chompers

Ordered Fish and Chips and it was burnt . the guy who served me knew this was the case when he gave it to me and yet he still proceeded to give me the meal.

Ordered a meal at 6:47pm, given approximate delivery of 7:44pm. Called at 8:30pm as they were closing, told the driver left at 7:50pm, and I was the last on a run of deliveries, arrival was at 8:32pm. Granted it was a wet night and they were busy, but extra drivers or backup ones needed, as it was a 7 minute drive by Google Maps, otherwise don’t offer the service.

Greek Salad was ok, the rest was understandably average being in a car for so long. Restaurant explained their problems to me, but no apology or from driver, no apology note or extra portions to acknowledge these problems with my meal. Had I been told earlier I had to wait this long for average food on a standard order I would have ordered somewhere else and had food delivered faster, even if the order was placed when the driver left.

I enjoy supporting local business when I choose to, however Chompers Oxley is way off the pace of other restaurants at present.

Great service, steak sandwiches are the best!

Chips are delish. Everything else, not so much...

Chips are good here but can't really say the same about the other food. Burgers are OK but nothing special and a bit sloppy. Never tried tried the donut burger and can't say I ever will.
