Chopan Kebab And Bakery

I tried Bolani,this Afghan flat bread with potatoes and onion in it. It's a large piece and was filling. It came with this dipping sauce which I can't identify but it was a little sour
It's like another version of gozleme but with a thicker outside
I would of liked it more if it got it warm!
Worth trying
