Chopin Patisserie & Cafe

Poor! Ordered a Croquembouche cake from here for my engagement party. Looked a mess! One of my honest guests asked who had attempted to make it.... They also did not have it ready for the pick up time, so gave us free delivery which it arrived thirty minutes before my party started, and gave us extra profriteroles... Though you'd never guess! Oh and the chocolate templates they gave us didnt fit around the cake, so I had to leave our names off. Very expensive. Go to Sugar and Spice, I've had cakes from there before and they are fantastic, also cheaper!! Another guest at our party had the same experience with Chopin, though also experienced rude customer service.

Terrible customer service. When ringing to express my concern over an order I was told that my order was just one of many. Did not listen to me and made no attempt to reolve the issue and rectify the situation. Bad cakes bad service. Give it a miss.

Not tried the cafe but solid, unpretentious bakery. Good, friendly service. Nice selection of baked goods. Enjoyed the apple pies especially!
