Chork Dee Thai Restaurant

We have been eating at the Chork Dee for more than 20 years and have seen generational changes, but the things that remain the same are the quality of the food and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The Chork Dee chicken is a special dish for us, but all of the entrees (we usually have a mixed entree to get the best of all flavours),the curries,(Beef gang dang is excellent) pad thai etc are delicious and reasonable size servings. It is licenced now with a limited wine list which is good. It can be busy at times, but this gives a pleasant buzz to the place. They do take-away which is the same quality fresh cooked food. Good for romantic dinner or groups dining out.

This would have to be the blandest Thai food I have ever had and the service was very ordinary - the waiter was more interested in talking to his friends than providing customer service.
