Guest Chef on Poh's Kitchen, Emmanuel Mollois owns and runs the Choux Caf, a small patisserie in Swanbourne, Perth, which was recently crowned 'best in the west' by the Sunday Times. Choux came recommended to us by a friend, and thankfully so, because there's no way we would have found it otherwise. Just a small shop hidden away in the leafy suburb, Choux houses a variety of french pastries and other breakfast / lunch-style items. With a homey vibe, customers can choose from croissants, pies, baguettes, macaroons; as well as many other sweet delicacies. There aren't many tables to sit at so make sure you get in early on weekends. Popular amongst locals, Choux is very busy! A great place to check out if you're on holiday or a fantastic place to stop in to.
