This Butcher is best and comes second to no one, helps with whatever you need,understands tight budgets and tries to give you sound advice and always Extremely friendly.
Chris has been teaching me about meats, like where the cut is from, if may be tender or not so tender, depending on cooking time, he also advises the best cooking temp and time.
A real huge thing for us, after buying Virginia ham else where we tried his and found it is supposed to have flavour, any size and will always consider your budget. I'm on pension and we have never eating this well, before I got to know Chris and his very friendly staff.
