Chris was easy to phone, communication was of a professional standard. He arrived promptly as per agreement and got the matter of my washing machine lid not triggering the electric switch sorted by bypassing the mechanism - after I accepted his solution. No part needed. He had a callout fee of $70 and labor costs after that. About as good as it is likely to get I suppose. He was an elderly bloke, spoke clearly with a European accent while possessing the experience to tackle my 16 year old Maytag (USA) washing machine. I have no hesitation in recommending him. I'm glad Chris makes his experience available. Eagleby Qld.
Chris came in the time he stated he would and fixed our LG dishwasher perfectly for $148 total. He troubleshot with us first (very politely dismissing my firm belief that it was a water drainage issue- I had googled the error message and looked at the manual!). Instead- he tested the electrics and them examined the motor (which was jammed.) We would definitely use him again for simple repairs and recommend him to anyone.
OK, I'll give him a go at my 18 year old Maytag Washing Machine. He certainly sounded courtious when I phoned him.
