Chrissy's Cafe / Bistro

I stopped here on the way back from the East Coast last summer and was very impressed with the food, friendliness and service. Coffee was great too, and I though the prices were very reasonable for the quality. I hope this excellent business will flourish.

I drove from Cradle mountain to Bay of Fires stopped at this small town and bought a coffee. I loved it not just coz of the coffee but this beautiful young girl and her smile is amazing. On the way back i stopped over to get another coffee but ended up getting this chicken schnitzel burger. It was amazing. Freshly made and you must try this burger.

called in for some takeaway to then go and sit in the park. it was myself, husband and our 5 year old boy. We ordered nuggetts & chips for our boy, my husband wanted the turf/surf burger and i got the burger with the works and some extra chips. Plus flat white and milk drink from fridge. Waited nearly 40minutes with very restless child as no toys or anything in the place and paid $45!!! seriously since when does takeaway cost this much and have to take so long. the staff was nice and said sorry about the wait but the food wasn't good enough to make up for it. works burger very average and no pineapple (thought it was a works burger) and the turf & surf was just a burger with 3 prawns in it. will not go again - do not like wasting money. you can see why the fast foods all around the world do so well - it's fast and cheap and you always know what your getting!!
