Absolute ripoff! I was charge $143 for a trim (less than 2cm) and a full head of dye. No treatments, no blow dry, no styling. Just a trim and dye and $143!
The dye job was terrible. It is much darker than I the colour I pointed out when I arrived. And it is all over my forehead and won't wash off. I could have done a better job in my bathroom with $10 dye from the supermarket. I asked for a receipt and the woman said she accidentally closed it down so she cannot retrieve it. So upset with the job they did and the amount they charged! They offered a $12 voucher for next time when I complained!!!! Not going back!
