If I could, I wouldnt give a single star! Went in for a hair cut for my birthday, I was going away for the weekend & wanted something different. The wait time was good, less than 15mins but as soon as I told the girls (2 of them) what I wanted, I was told "No, thats gonna look ugly!" Then they spent a few minutes more going back & forth over who was going to cut my hair because Girl 1 had seniority I guess & Girl 2 was saying she was finishing in 5mins - to be honest, that was probably the time I shouldve said Never mind & left but like a fool I stayed... big mistake.
Girl 1 with senority won, and Girl 2 simply sprayed my hair with water, gathered my hair in a bunch and cut the ends off and then swooshed my hair around saying That looks better! Went to Cherrybrook Salon - Poor customer service, terrible haircut which was uneven, dirty, unprofessional

Unfriendly service, they were even snappy to each other, disappointing colour and haircut, overly priced. I went elsewhere and got what I wanted for cheaper.

This was the worst place I've ever gotten a haircut went in and I was looked at didn't get service well waited 30 mins for a haircut then this lady comes out won't name who or describe but the attitude was dreadful and disappointing she started with my hair I showed her pictures of what I wanted mind you she didn't know how long a size 3 was so that was worrying then when she started with my hair I said leave the sides fairely short and the top fairly long she didn't even listen dissregarded she started cutting and the attitude was so awful I wasn't liking the experience, when she used the scissors she looked like she had no experience and for someone who says they been cutting for a while was really awful her hands where so slow and she couldn't cut properly

Absolutely hated my hair. Took 3 hours, paid $80. I got an up style done on a Sunday for a wedding and was devastated with the way it turned out. My sister asked for a different upstate and we ended up with similar buns. My hair was messy and looked as though it wasn't done. I asked the staff to fix it but said there wasn't much staff could do. Ruined my night!!!
