3 days after a re-growth colour, the colour ran out. I advised them and they advise to come in and they would fix it. I had to leave 3 hours from work, I had colour reapplied again and they didnt even blowdry hair after, I left with wet hair. After being so loyal for years you would think they would have at least blowdried hair for there error, no sorry given. I had to pay for a blowdry, in saying this I was very dissappointed especially that I had to pay for my staff to fill in for me. Not the right way to treat a loyal customer for years.

I've been here once to have a basic wash, blowdry and cut. I found it ok and would goagain

Ive had my hair cut here a few times and its always been good. Customer service is fast and friendly.

Worst hairdressers in Rouse Hill Town Centre!!!!!!!! They cut your hair the way that they like it and expect you to like it. When i got into contact with the manager she wasn't helpful at all and claims that she watches her staff when they give 'advice'. If she really is watching over her staff then she should point out their mistakes and not have unhappy customers complaining. I highly recommend that you don't go here, especially if you have waited a couple of month for you hair to grow. They will only ruin your hair, not worth it. They also need a new manager because the current one seems useless and not helpful what so ever. They just want your money and don't care about customer satisfaction what so ever. I'm highly disappointed with their service.

Very poor. I phoned prior to visiting to confirm that Seniors special pricing would apply on Lomg weekend Monday. I was charged full price insisting that was correct. Discussions with head office confirms the special pricing should have applied, but there was no convincing them. Their priority appeared to be the sale of their overpriced products. Then to top it off, or perhaps as payback, got a bad haircut. I will never go back there,
