The website is great making it much easier to have a clear idea of which costume and the price before going to the store. Also enables you to ask questions before visiting. Service is one to one once you arrive and the costume choices are brought out to you and assistance is given with fit etc. Costumes are cleaned and repaired if anything is found needing. Minor alterations are done to assist with fit e.g. tacking up of trouser and sleeve lengths. The store is closed on Sun, Mon & Tues but hire price includes a week taking in 1 weekend. Costumes are returned on Wed or Thurs depending which day you nominate at the time of hire. The one on one service makes it an easy and pleasant experience.
