Horrible customer service!
Me and two girlfriends booked a package appointment 2 months in advance, then the day of we were cancelled on only 2 hours before the appointment. After cancelling on us in such short notice, they were an absolute horror to try to reschedule with. They did not even attempt to go even slightly out of their way to get us another appointment before christmas together, so we had to all end up going separately. ...read more
After being a loyal customer for more than 5 year I would not recommend this salon and its franchises to anyone. I would be booked in for a stylist/ colourist that knew my hair and I was comfortable with and even with confirming that I would be given that stylist on 3 separate occasions I have shown up for an appointment and told they me they no longer work there. Apparently this stylist left "the day before". After finding out this stylist actually left a few weeks after my previous appointment. This is a trend for this salon. No stars!
