Tried to enquire about having my son's birthday party. When I rang they didn't want to answer any questions and told me to go to the centre to see it and can discuss. When arrive the man at the door said that unless a deposit is given they couldn't help me. They would not let me in to see the centre nor give me details about food etc.
If you are going to run a Kids centre you need to be approachable and this centre was not.
Very disappointed and would not even try and give them another chance. They do not deserve my business.
I'm really surprised by Tania's review because I found them more then helpful with price, food etc. I've been to many birthday parties there and they have been really fantastic. I'm having my son's birthday there soon and had no trouble whatsoever in organising this with them.
