Church Street Medical Practice

Like a number of people who have submitted reviews, I am also surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going to this practice for more than 10 years. My regular doctor is extremely professional and caring. Occasionally I have had to see another doctor and simarly found them to be totally professional. I could also not fault the reception staff. I find them to be friendly and interested in you as a customer of the practice. I would definitely recommend the practice

I'm astonished at the negative reviews listed here. I have been going to Church Street Medical for over ten years. Every doctor I have seen has been professional, considerate, knowledgable and caring. The reception staff are also friendly and professional. The location is convenient and the facilities comfortable. I can only assume that those who leave negative reviews expect a lower grade cookie cutter medical centre-type level of service and don't recognise quality service when they see it. Their loss I reckon..

I thought I'd add a review as I can see that a lot of the ones here are negatives, and whilst I'm sure people have very good reasons to give negative feedback I've been going to this practice for over a year and so far I've only had a good experience. I don't manage to see the same doctors often which is not great, but generally speaking I've always been seen on time, I've had very professional doctors listening to me and taking their time to assist with any concerns I've had. Receptionists have always been polite and helpful, so if you're looking for more recent feedback: gibve it atry, you might be pleasantely surprised.

My wife and I have been going to Church St Medical Practice for over 10 years and have always had exceptional care. Our GP is both caring and professional and other staff have always been nothing but kind and helpful. I would highly recommmend this practice if you live in the Inner West.

There are some great doctors here but you'll need to knoe in advance if you are going to be sick as the disinterested receptionist staff will do nothing at all to try and look after you.

I am sitting here today, an hour after my scheduled appointment, still waiting, because despite a fairly detailed conversation on arrival the receptionist didn't mark me as being there. She hasn't apologized, she's just told me to wait. I feel like charging her for my time.
