Staff are extremely rude! They don't know how to colour your hair properly and if you are a repeat customer they will start charging you more and more every time you go. My hair raised in price by $50 for exactly the same cut and colour with exactly the same person in the space of a year! When I questioned this they just gave me a dirty look. Won't be coming back here again.
Staff can be really quite unnecessarily rude..
However, the hair colourists are good and almost know what they are doing.
They tell you they employ Senior hair colourists, but to them thats just a normal straight out of Tafe colourists.
Hair cuts whether trims or styles are average.
Anything complicated like fine hair or volume cuts don't bother, they'll hack up your hair.
