Churinga Cafe

Just the best place in the Dandenongs, great food and service, we went on a beautiful Sunday afternoon with some overseas visitors, unfortunately the day we were there the were some rude customers who thought they were better than everyone else, they turned up at 4.30 which is closing time .... they were clearly mindset in being rude, first thing they did was walk in the door grab a newspaper demand attention, order scones then complained because the scones weren't out in 5 minutes !! who gets their food withing 10 minutes !!! how utterly rude ... reading comment below I think that was them !!
And I for one don't think that these reviews are designed to be negative .... !!! in support of Churinga Cafe and the wonderful setting they provide, which by the way is priceless and must be seen ...read more

VERY POOR SERVICE! VERY SLOW! And when you politely mention this to staff when asked "How everything was?" You get them trying to blame you and generally get treated like they are doing you a favor by letting you eat there......VERY UNSATISFACTORY TREATMENT OF A POLITE CUSTOMER.

Great views of the Dandenong National Park Forrest, enjoy a coffee and watch the kookaburras and Rosella's eat from the trees near your window.
