I have never seen reception staff asking parents to keep their children quiet. Not once.
And I have never known the staff to be rude, either. They are polite and professional, but won't put up with nonsense, which is unfortunately part of a medical receptionist's day-to-day dealings in this day and age.
Have been going their for years. Dr. Chang is without peer when it comes to fantastic doctors!
Very poor customer service. Staff were so rude on more than one occasion.
Waiting times are always at best 35 minutes after consultation time.
After waiting for over 35 minutes today for my son's appt (he is 1) I was abruptly told "you'll have to keep it down we cant hear our phones!!!!". No phones were in use at the time and my children were not yelling or being rude. I explained to them that he is 1 and i cant stop him talking (at this point i was literally covering his mouth). Staff pointed to the car park ad said "then you can wait outside!" And with that turned their back to me and walked off in front of a waiting room full of people.
I walked off in horror and humiliated.
I will not recommend this medical centre to anybody.
The reception staff are so polite & friendly both over the telephone and in person. They do their best to give you your chosen appointment time and if the clinic is busy they always put you down on a waiting list with special consideration for emergencies.
This is a family friendly clinic which also has a doctor specialising in depression issues.
This clinic treats you as a person not just a number in a queue.
