Located in an old wear house in Collingwood, Cibi is a cross between the traditional Japanese menu with a hipster vibe. I ordered the traditional salmon lunch set which comes with a flavoursome misco soup. The coffee was made perfectly served in nice coffee cup. Food came out within a reasonable time and service was great. Did not felt rushed at all. They also sell fine Japanese sourced kitchen utensils. Great place to go to and no line..
This is a funky and super stylish Japanese homewares store. As soon as you walk into the store you get this immense feeling of zen and inspiration. The homewares are imported from Japan and there are really nice ceramic pieces you could pick up at prices that aren't too crazy. It is connected to a cafe just at the front that's a warehouse called Mina Noie which serves Japanese brunch styled menu. Well worth a visit if you are into Japanese culture and lifestyle if you are in the area.
