Cibo Espresso

Cibo Espresso has expanded its seating capacity since I last visited. It has also become a lot more popular, with longer queues and longer waiting times for coffee! I am pleased to notice that the coffee standard has not deteriorated, and neither has the service. There is also free wifi available.

Cibo Espresso, as a franchise, consistently serves up excellent coffee. I tried its newly opened store at Westfield West Lakes and was not disappointed. My latte was up to its usual quality standard in taste and presentation. In addition, the lemon curd torte was delicious and almost perfect in flavour and texture.



Coffee aside, I was impressed by the service. It was a busy afternoon and somehow there was 1 staff member behind the counter (momentarily). She was never flustered as she smiled, acknowledged and served me whilst retrieving goods from the sandwich toaster. My only dislike of Cibo is having to collect my own coffee from the counter when it is ready.



Cibo Espresso is definitely the cafe for a coffee and a sweet Italian treat at Westfield West Lakes.
