Rude staff and they have a $10 limit for credit carf purchases (who pays cash these days?) so if you want to by lunch they basically force you to buy a drink or something to bump it up over $10. I've stopped going there now unless I'm in a hurry, there are better options nearby.
EXTREMELY RUDE and IMPOLITE STAFF. Two different staff members (a man and a woman) dealt with me, on two different occasions, in a very impolite and arrogant manner. Without going in too much details, the woman made fun of me with her colleague while I was asking politely to place an order. The man practically screamed at me, embarrassing me in front of everyone in line while I approached the counter to collect an order. He was inexplicably extremely aggressive. I have seen this happen to other people too. Would never buy from them again. I would have given them no stars if I had the option.
