Having been flooded with offers for discount IPL packages etc late last year, I am appalled to discover the business is closed and those of us who purchased the packages may have lost our money. I have lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Protection. I have NO sympathy for businesses who push package deals onto their clients knowing full well they probably won't be around to offer the service when the time comes.
Terrible service prepaid a massage package at the end of November turned up for my appt and they had no booking. I asked for a refund as I could not rebook. After numerous visits and phone calls with still no direct call from them and just with a very rude management I have still not received my money back and it is mid jan. Consumer affairs are now involved and still after them contacting the salon I have still not received my money. So angry. Will take further if it goes that way.
Bought this as a gift for my wife and she said she had one of the best and most relaxing pamper days she has ever experienced. I found this place by driving past seeing chandeliers and people coming in and out.. I bought a gift voucher the manager "rain" was extremely helpful and tailor made a package to suit my wife's needs. She has now become a regular and her sisters are now going. Must book well in advacnce as they are heavily booked out
