There are seven key singing bowls that we use, each with a unique frequency that vibrates in correspondence with each of the seven Chakras located throughout the body. The pure sonic waves that ring from the Crystal Singing Bowls wake up our ability to hear with more than our ears; we feel the sound as much as we hear it. This invokes a deep state of relaxation which naturally assists one in entering into meditation and a self healing space. Singing bowls have been found on private Buddhist altars, in temples, monasteries and meditation halls throughout the world since 560 BC.
