They offered me a three months contract and guaranteeing me that the job will go permanent after three months. I relocated from NSW to VIC and resigned from my existing job. One month in the contract, they terminated my contract without any valid reason. I was told they no longer have work for me. The company with whom they offered me the job was very well aware that the chances of the contract lasting three months and going permanent depends on their sales going through. However, CIT never informed me about this. I was told about this only after I relocated to VIC when I got in touch with my manager in the new job.
So please read the fine print if you are signing a contract with CIT or if they are offering you a job.
