CIT has become well-known for training the best commercial chefs, patisserie chefs, butchers, bakers and hospitality workers in the country if not the world.Experience the culinary creations of hospitality and hotel management staff and students at CIT's fully-licensed a la carte restaurant, located at CIT Reid. CIT restaurant is open to the public for affordable quality lunches and can cater for groups and corporate functions. Trainee chefs and wait staff operate front of house and in the kitchen, allowing students to learn the hands-on skills required for the hospitality industry. At special times throughout the year, CIT Restaurant offers the public a range of themed meals from around the world, buffets and special desserts.
