Citadel Hair Studio

As a guy I was very pleased with the service. I have been a customer for more than ,7 years.

I have been coming here for a few years, mainly for colour, but sometimes for cuts too. I was sick of going to salons where the vibe is too-cool-for school, and the prices overblown and where you always get pressured to buy a million things after your haircut. Citadel is a really good local Salon with a relaxed and honest vibe. Danny is a lovely proprietor. Also its worth knowing that Citadel really kid friendly and you can bring your kids in when you have a haircut. Citadel is really good value for money and I always feel great when I walk out of there. It should be noted that Sarah no longer works there (she's gone overseas) and Sam no longer cuts hair there either, but its still a great place to go.

I have followed Sarah Forrest around to 4 salons. This is one is by far the best. She is an amazing hair dresser and the place has an amazing vibe in a very convenient location.

Cannot recommend this hairdressing salon enough!



I see Sarah and even though she's "young" that doesn't mean she can't cut and colour hair like someone who's been doing it for decades!



She knows what will/won't suit you and listens to what you want.



Danny is a great presence there too.



Love how they don't do the hard sell on products either.



Prices are not extravagant either.

It's a difficult decision to find a new hairdresser. Recommendation from friends if often a safe introduction, however if you are new to an area it can be hard to decide which salon to try.
