Did not have a pleasant experience in this shop. The shop keeper was so rude I left shaking. It’s a shame although overpriced I was going to make a purchase. Save your money go elsewhere or buy online- both will be guaranteed to be a) cheaper and b) you will have a far more pleasant retail experience

This Queenscliff outlet has a fantastic range of the most exquisite items for sale which include scents for the senses, candles and luxurious household items that would complement any decor. Unfortunately the prices are also out of this world with most exceeding those found in nearby Melbourne. Whilst this did not detract this shopper from intending to purchase, it certainly would stop many from doing so. What did stop this shopper from purchasing was the attitude of the owner towards her prospective customers. She made no attempt to disguise her eaves-dropping on customers’ private conversations by interrupting them to put in her reproving tuppence-worth if/when she overheard any negative comments about her goods or pricing structure (in my experience, this is a prerogative of all customers and must be put up with by shopkeepers) and glaring balefully at those same customers until they left her store. A huge range of gorgeous items - always able to find a gift even for people who have everything! Catherine is most helpful and friendly!

Good product range. Been in twice and both times staff were unfriendly. Shame. It would be nice to get a smile or to be looked at like youre not a complete idiot. Won't be back.

If you want to be treated like a degenerate peasant by a supercilious, rude sales assistant, then come here for the worst customer service experience of your life. Alternatively, try one of the other stores down the street for a little respect and friendliness.
