I have used City Beach Property Maintenance for a couple of years now and wouldnt go anywhere else for the work that needs doing around my home. Gary is reliable, always turns up when he says he will, and does a great job at a fair price.
When I was preparing to put my house on the market he replaced all the skirtings throughout my home, a new front door, replaced flyscreens, fixed cupboard doors and drawers, installed 6 new venetian blinds, shade sails & posts, a new gate, relief-pops in gutters to stop flooding, designed & made beautiful wall units, removed tree roots and re-laid the paving bricks, and the list goes on and on. His wife also did a perfect job of painting my bedroom.
My family and friends also use this service. As a cabinet maker he has designed, made and installed some fabulous kitchens. We all recommend him. Its nice to deal with the guy who owns the business. Thanks Gary, see you again.
