Recently I took my car to this City Car Care(Braddon) to have oilleak fixed. Oilleak got fixed but due to unprofessional and careless nature, I had to bring the car back to have fuelleak which was caused during fixing the oilleak. I had to pay in total of more than $900. On top of that, when re-assembled all parts back, three covers from the egine were missing. Yet an apprentice came out and said she never saw the parts !!! How rediculous !!! Not recommended to anyone at al !!!
I recently had a vehicle inspection for my car in City Car Care in Braddon. The lady mention to me that the front indicator lights need replacement for $20. Since I have an HID installed, she also mention that $100 for the headlight. She also ask me if I can do it my self or let them do it. I told her that they can replace the indicator light, but for the headlight I will bring my own globe. She never mention to me that there is a charge for labour if they replace the globes by themselves. After 3hrs I got a call that the car is ready for pickup (yehheyy) and I am expecting that I will be paying $65 for the RWC and $20 for the front indicator globe.
