City Convenience

Coffee. Everyone sells it - like the cafe next door to this one. The difference here though is that for $3.50 (a dollar cheaper than next door) you'll get a great tasting coffee. In fact if you come here after 1pm you'll only pay $1.99 for a brilliant coffee. Ready in a minute, made by a guy who loves to chat to you if you've got the time (or who'll fly through it if you need to rush, even through their outside window).
The rest of the store is a bit overpriced (though on par for a convenience store), its location is handy if you need a Mars Bar with your brilliantly priced good tasting coffee, there's not a whole lot of other choices nearby.
