City Ford - Rockdale

Do not go near this dealership. There assistant sales manager Craig offered me what he called a good deal on a ford Everest and when I informed him I had got a better deal elsewhere he swore at me then hung up. Totally unprofessional, no matter what sort of deal this man offers stay away.

please do not use this dealer if you wish to have a hassle free and smooth trade. Buying a used car or a new car is not a difficult thing and in fact it should be an exciting and enjoyable process. At first, we asked to test drive the car before we consider buying it, they tried to make us to sign a contract that we happy to buy the car before we can test drive it. I've never heard of this before hence I refused and moments later they let us to test drive it. my gut instinct tells me that they are doggy but my husband loves the car so we went ahead to purchase it then they have promised to provide an extra car key free of charge within next 5 working days after we signed the paperwork and made a final payment. The key never arrive and they declined any references to that despite email correspondences and claimed that manager who promised us the key is no longer with the company and now I need to pay extra $550 to get a car key that I suppose to get for free. They put a big dent in my new car, and when I came to pick it up they didn't acknowledge it or give any discount as had already signed paperwork. Do yourself a favour and go to other Dealerships @ Rockdale, and give this one a miss!

Worst Vehicle Dealership I've ever dealt with, extremely poor customer service when purchasing a Brand New Vehicle...and they didn't even complete registration transfer of my Trade-In Vehicle, 8wks on and leaving me with several Toll Notices!! Would not recommend.
