Do not take your laptop here under any circumstances! I took my laptop here because they had a flat fee of $165 to fix a laptop where the battery won't charge. When I got there, they said it was $195 because I had an ultrabook, not a laptop. Then on top of that they said if they had to replace the battery it would be an additional $80. Later they called back with a ridiculously inflated cost for the repair. On top of the $195 already paid, they wanted an additional several hundred dollars (at least $300 more) because they said the motherboard was damaged. When I collected the laptop, as another customer claimed here, the lid was dented and the keyboard cracked. Eventually they agreed to refurbish the laptop with a new lid and base. 2 months later, I finally got my laptop back plus I had to pay for the $150 battery repair. So, in summary. Quoted $165.
