I have found the customer service staff member and the so called Officer in Charge very unprofessional and unwilling to asisst re a query re illegal dumping placed in front of my property. How would you like it Maddy and Derrick if someone dumped their rubbish in front of your property or in front of the council chambers on Woodville Road??? How long does it take for Derrick to get back to me and Maddy made me feel like I was the person responsible for dumping the rubbish. Newsflash Maddy - I am reporting it because I don't want to have to look out my front window and see this every day - I am the person who reported it, NOT the person who dumped it. And yes, I've given details of who dumped it but the council don't care, then they say that they want to stamp it out. WHAT A JOKE this council is. This doesn't deserve a star rating at all!!
