I have been going here for 2 years for my tax returns and it's always been a quick and easy process even with some pretty complex situations! Can definitely recommend them to anyone!
Would give 0 stars if possible.
Called and booked an appointment and the receptionist wasn't able to tell me what I needed to bring or how much it would be and instead she said she would call me back. Didn't call me back so it was a huge suprise when they asked me to pay $330 (last years was $137).
The person I saw was incredibly rude throughout, didn't feel it was necessary to introduce herself or tell me her name. Also didn't think it was necessary to put away her previous clients personal details and left them sitting out for me to see. I was so appalled and shocked I actually had to close the folder on her behalf when she just scoffed.
Wouldn't go back or recommend in any circumstances.
Not helpful, rushed, just took my money without helping me at all. Asked for advise on my tax return but just got an arrogant and snappy answer "I do only process and lodge your tax return, that's it" Very expensive compared to competitors and hidden charges. Charged me $180 for 20 mins for my tax return. Go somewhere else waste of your money and time.
I would highly recommend this firm (City Tax Accountants) to anyone who's looking for an accurate, agile and extremely friendly group of individuals to help with both their business and personal tax needs. I had the pleasure of undertaking a consultation by Ms.Elina Naumenko who was extremely knowledgeable and confident in the advice she had provided. This gave me a sense of relief, 'I was in the right hands' and I'm glad to say my judgement on acquiring City Tax Accountants services was a correct one and a far superior one to that of a so called top tier firm I had previously dealt with.
Had my and my wife's tax return done this month, received professional and reasonably priced service. I am a property investor and did not have my depreciation report ready to claim it as a deduction, so it was all quickly organised for me. At the end of all we have received around $8000 of tax back.
