We have had the misfortune of dealing with Peter from this Pest Management company to spray our house for pests in early December 2021. Peter duly arrived and started his spraying in the house and was given cash payment of $170 up front. With the benefit of hindsight, this was a big error of judgement. After only a couple of minutes, Peter said he had to leave to pick up his child from school and left.
He didn't respond to our initial text, but did return my first call (he didn't know my number) and when asked when he would be back, pulled a random day and time the following week to come around to finish (start) the job he had been paid for.
