I can't believe anyone would give the staff here one star. I don't need a pharmacy often but when I do I normally drive there from Carindale because I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. They are a small business and I'd rather support them than any of the chain pharmacies.
Horrible pharmacy service, I went in on two completely different occasions (about 5 months apart) requiring a Pharmacists only medication (the second time prompted me to write this review) and both times was denied access to these medications....the only reason I went was convenience but now id rather spend half an hour and drive somewhere else
The staff at Civic fair pharmacy are very helpful to me and have always looked after my needs.
There must of been a reason that you were denied the medications. Pharmacists Only (S3) (must be labelled and confirmed by a qualified Pharmacist) for a reason so you can't just say it was bad service because you weren't given a medication.
Also you can't blame the pharmacy for not having it in stock, because sometimes medications can be recalled (can't sell unless the medications is fixed) and numerous other reasons. Unless you can tell me otherwise I disagree with your review because I've been going there for a number of years and I've never had an issue.
The staff are friendly and helpful so if you wanted the particular item to be there when you go you could of just asked and they would of written a note to ensure that the stock is there all the time.
