If I could honestly save one person from the worst retail experience I've ever had, then I consider this review worthwhile. I first located this shop through google reviews and thought a 5 star review really did speak volumes. I went in and saw the shop owner, advising as an above knee amputee that I needed some custom dress shoes made and money was not an object. After much discussion, a $650 pair was pre ordered with a $325 deposit. I was re-assured that progress photos would be supplied as they were made and many other empty promises of check ins and "in progress" follow ups.
