Civic Video

I love visiting Civic Video in South Hurstville. The store is large and brimming with DVDs - you can pretty much find everything here.

The best part is the special deals they offer on different days of the week. It is so cheap to rent a movie mid-week, sometimes only 1 or 2 dollars. Sadly, this means the store may not stick around for long....but I try to rent something every so often to support local business, rather than downloading something online.

If you live in the area, I highly recommend renting from Civic.

Just when you thought video rental is dead! Not a chance! Wow blown away with the massive size of this video store and the collection here. The minute you enter the place it is like you just walked into the movie theater. It is huge and packed with dvds. I have never seen a video rental place this big, def a movie buff's paradise. There are are so much dvds that it is hard to concentrate or focus on what you want to watch (which is a good thing).

The one thing i didn't like and never heard of is having to pay a joining fee $5. Never had to pay a fee at a video store to become a member.
